Madelyn graduated from the Master of Rehabilitation Technology program at the University of Pittsburgh in 2022 with a focus on seating and mobility applications for children and adults with diverse functional needs. While at Pitt, she worked as part of a research team investigating complex rehabilitation service delivery policy with the goal of using evidence-based practice to inform policy change. She is passionate about supporting clients' right to independence and optimal quality of life through client-centered education and advocacy efforts. Outside of work, Madelyn volunteers with various adaptive sports programs for downhill skiing, hand cycling, mountain biking, and climbing.
